The room was impressive and clean with hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff was very nice and great. - the location was marvelous and ideal, close to the expressway.

I liked the location, it was super convenient. The breakfast was amazing.

The microwave wasn't cleaned, and that wasn't a good. Asides that it was a great experience.

Our room was pretty spacious and looked like it had just been redone, which was awesome. It had a bathroom with a bathtub, super convenient. The staff were really friendly and the location was just right - we felt super comfy here. 😊

It was an older property, but quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds & pillows were good. The complimentary breakfast Was very good.

The decor in the hallways need remodeling badly. The inside of the bathtub needs to be bleached. The elevator is terrible. Very slow & had a odor. There was a terrible disturbance (fight) in the hall & we could not get an answer from the front desk phone to complain.

The front desk staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast staff were courteous, the bed was super comfy, and the room was beautiful. The fragrance in the hallway was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The hotel was 2 minutes from my son's college and easy to find. The accommodations were great. Will definately book again.

I stayed for 7 nights. The first 2 nights I was in a smoking room due to the unavailability of a non-smoking room. I was very disappointed in that room as it was not in good shape...I also saw a bug in the bathroom. The shower head had very little pressure. I then asked to move to a non-smoking room/floor and that room was great!

The room was surprisingly big and fairly quiet, which was a plus. It included hair dryers, a shower cap, and bath sheets - nice touches. The hotel's location near a zoo and restaurants was convenient. Additionally, being just 4 miles away from tourist attractions like Nazareth Convent was a bonus.

I had a great stay at the hotel near restaurants and a mall. The location was perfect for the business I needed to conduct and for a number of restaurant choices. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and quiet, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. Additionally, the hotel had facilities such as a breakfast area and shopping at the Greece Ridge Mall, enhancing the overall experience.

The shower curtain could use replacing as it had stains and kept falling down the rod.
